KING EDWARD V11 MEMORIAL SANATORIUM FOR CONSUMPTIVES Research paper, (20 handwritten pages) on the movement in Bendigo to establish a sanatorium for people suffering from phthisis and tuberculosis in the region. References to the movement date from 21 August 1896 through to 14th June 1933. Top of page are reference numbers relating to T.B, phthisis, Wm. Guy, Edward V11 Sanatorium, Dr. Stuart Cowen. Possibly articles and page numbers from Annals of Bendigo? First entry reads: 'In his annual report, Dr. J.N. The history starts in 1851 when gold was discovered along the Bendigo Creek to 1992 when Bendigo Mining NL purchased the licences and infrastructure from WMC.
