Raglan Street is located within the heritage precinct of central Ballarat. This house was built around the turn of the century, with sewerage being added in 1908. The hallway is lined with pressed metal, the remainder of the metal being used at Talbot Hall. There was a chaotic political culture in Victoria before Bolte was elected.
