Photograph - Black and white of a cable tram in Royal Parade or Sydney Road with the destination of Brunswick. Cable tram has four uniformed personnel on board, including an Inspector who appears to be doing a ticket check. The conductor can be seen at the back of the tram behind the person peering out.
