This statue was situated in the lawns in the Victoria Park. The statue is draped in a Roman style toga with a finger pointing to the sky and the other hand appears to be pointing towards the ground. There is no information about who J. Warrington is or his relevance to the sculpture.

Black and white photograph of a large white statue of "Clio" in the gardens in Victoria Park, Echuca. The statue is situated on a high pedestal that has engraved under the statue "Presented ....J.Warrington"
