As well as manufacturing items in the US, the American Printing House for the Blind also utilised the services of General Electric to manufacture talking book machines. In this example, the player has dials to control tone, volume, speed, side and buttons to record, rewind, forward, play, pause and stop tape. Plays both 2 and 4 track tapes. All buttons are brown and there is a "index" push button.
