Description
Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) embroidered cloth pilot wings brevet as worn from 1921 to 1953. These wings were worn by Australian air force pilots throughout WW2 and beyond. There is a crown at the top of the cloth badge with two wings either side, with the middle having the words RAAF surrounded by a laurel wreath. Colors are navy background, white wings and RAAF wording with a light blue laurel wreath surrounding the words RAAF.
