A small hollow figure with the body of a stringed musical instrument and the head of a person. What appear to be the instruments strings are brightly coloured, green, red yellow and blue, emerging from the top of the head is a curved steel rod with a bell attached to its end, the figure appears to have a tail of steel. The figure stands on two posts attached to a circular disc on the ground.
