The sketch portrayed is by Ron Reynolds and was printed the book "Greensborough and Greenhills" in 1973. This is a Christmas greeting to Jessie Angus (nee Partington).
Significance
The Rand St Swing bridge allowed easy access to Greensborough railway station and shops for those who lived on the eastern side of the Plenty River.
