Has a strong association with tram crews and the rosters crew workings, possibly inspector (Dave Kellett?) in Ballarat. Prepared by crews from sheets to enable them to know what service times to run, meal times, details of crew changes etc, based on their allocated shift or run from the roster.Twenty two (22) page notebook with white card board covers with a drawing of boy and birds on the front cover and the Eiffel tower on the rear, spiral bound by a red covered wire. The front cover drawing has been overprinted in colour. Headed on the top of the cover is "SATURDAYS ROSTERS" in black ink. Each sheet faint ruled, both sides, with some additional pages fixed in. Has the hand written details of each SEC Ballarat runs, Saturdays runs, - giving sign on times, notes, timetables, which run taken or taken by, meal times, notes with regard to special instructions, finish times notes with corrections and changes. Includes Motormen and Conductors Runs. Image 1 shows covers and image 2, one of the sheets with the runs printed on both side of the page. Robin Boyd was appointed Exhibits Architect for the Australian Pavilion at Expo ‘70 in Osaka and travelled to Osaka several times in 1969-1970. Boyd designed the innovative Space Tube, which had over 25 exhibition boxes, projecting from it. Amongst the topics covered were Australian scientific innovation (including brain research, immunology, Antarctic research, Snowy Mountains Hydro-Electric Power Scheme, rainmaking, and the night sky), Australian sport, house interiors, car manufacturing, Australian music and art, and Japanese-Australian relations.Colour slide in a mount.
