Newspaper, Scrapbook Clipping, Library Collection, Ringwood, Victoria, `
``Newspaper clipping from The Post , 20-09-93 P5. Opening lines of communicationCommunication lines between residents and Ringwood Council or even Councillors have not always been straightforward and clear cut. Ms Tessa Melland suggested that concerned people should maybe form an association which led to the formation of Ringwood Residents' and Ratepayers' Association. "I see it as being a communications forum where people can get together and discuss things locally, things they want to change or initiate", Ms Melland said.` -
