Article in 'The Sun' 1978 about the Blackburn horse trough found by Robin Da Costa at the corner of Blackburn and Canterbury Roads, bequested by George Bills to Australian horse owners. Bill came from Britain to Australia in 1859 and made a fortune. When he died in 1927 he left a large sum of money to prevent cruelty to animals.
