Three pieces of paper glued together. The top one is blue. It is a Doctor's certificate certifying George Nicholson is unable to follow his employment. Signed by H. L. Atkinson, Court Surgeon. Dated April 12/66. The middle one is dated April 12th. It is from George Nicholson declaring himself on the funds of the Court as he is unable to follow his usual occupation.
