Taken outside the Sebastopol Town Hall possibly at the time of its launch, as the driver and conductor are standing by the tram and a lady with a name tag next to one of the crew. Taken by Mrs. V. Butler in 1964 on a colour slide, from which print taken from. Tram has gold paint on the end and side panels with the "1864 1964" on the end panel and "100" on the side panel.
