Describes in detail the rules for operation, parts, description, M28 Brake Valves, Maintenance, Practical car tests, hints, defects. The 9 drawings at the rear of the document give detail arrangements of the piping and control equipment. Book scanned into three sections. Set of two different books, but with the same content about the Westinghouse Traction Brake Company, pamphlet 2412, titled "Westinghouse S6A and S6B Electric Compressor Governors" (known as Beetle back Governors). Each book contains 4 typed sheets on instructions and the working of the governor and six photograph illustration sheets. .1 - has been copied possibly from .2 and bound into a manila folder with a large "W" and "Westinghouse Traction Brake" labels stapled to the right hand side. .2 - is an original Westinghouse document dated 1916.
