The postcards were inherited by Alice Robinson, nee Giles-Clark, daughter of Phyllis Matthews, granddaughter of Henry and Evelyn Matthews. [William's adopted parents] They lived at Mona Vale, Cowes. Alice's son, Neil Robinson and daughter in law, Maggie Geddes, did the research to give them some context. They had to guess or deduce the order of them as most are undated.
