Set of four documents regarding the issue of a Scholar's Concession Ticket to Barbara Talbot, a student at the Star of the Sea who turned 18 years of age during the currency of the ticket. It was marked not available after that date and had been returned to the Elwood office. The Memo from the "Auditor of Receipts" requested that an additional payment be collected from the student. Mr Gleeson, Tramway Inspected advised that ticket was not used after the lady's birthday and had been returned. Demonstrates the Museum's ticketing systems and ongoing production of tickets.Block of 200 tickets - red ink on off white paper, denomination 5c, lettered A 199800 to A 199999, headed Ballarat Tourist Tramway. The 200 tickets have been stapled onto a heavy cardboard back with a heavy metal staple. The tickets are in the style of the former State Electricity Commission of Victoria tramway tickets.
