Lots of the original 1920s subdivision remained south of Nyora Road and a number of these lots were utilized for the Eltham Christian School, which was established by the Eltham Christian Church in 1981. The school operated on this site until 2000. The premises were owned by the Nillumbik Community Church who were in operation till November 2010 when the Eltham Baptist Church commenced a lease arrangement until the site was purchased by them in April 2012. The building is constructed of brick and timber with a balcony on two sides that looks over an expanse of grass. The tin was made for Glen Valley Tea, importers of the finest tea growing countries in the world, Ceylon, India and Java. Henry James was a well known Australian importer. The tins when emptied became useful storage containers.A large square rusty metallic silver surface green coloured Glen Valley Tea storage tin with a lift off lid. It has gold font with a green line border. Both sides of the tin have Fresh Fragrant in large letters with Five Pounds Net Weight printed inside an inner circle. The back of the tin has a lot of information about the Glen Valley tea and where it is imported from - Ceylon, India and Java and how it is carefully selected and blended.The tin has much information as noted above. In this portrait, Berry has depicted the late American jazz singer Billie Holiday. Berry has been a regular studio artist at Arts Project Australia since 1985. Arts Project Australia supports artists with intellectual disabilities through their studio and gallery, promoting artists’ work and advocating for their inclusion in contemporary art practice.

Thirty two pages on gloss white paper plus brown covers, centre stapled, titled ""Panoramic Views , The Garden City, of Ballarat & District" in Gold printing. On rear has name of printers "Berry and Anderson Co Subtitle on page 1, "The Garden City being a series of 40 magnificent Panoramic Views of Ballarat and District, with special descriptive article, "Ballarat Revisited". On page 1, comprises a list of photos and a photo of Sturt St. looking east with an electric tram hauling a trailer. Pages 2 and 3 comprise the article. Most small photos are recycled postcard photos, dating from around the time of horse trams, through to the 1920, featuring the Arch of Victory, A number of photos of buildings such as Orphan Asylum, or Orphanage, Eureka Stockade, Lake Wendouree, Gardens, Ballarat and District Hospital, The Gardens and Reservoirs or Lakes. Many of the street scenes in Sturt St, feature tram in the City area - see the 11 image files including some close detail scans or horse trams turning from Sturt St to Lydiard St while one horse tram is coming up the hill on the same side of Sturt St. Features both electric and some horse trams. The Presidents Fund was created in 1932 by a donation of £50 from Legatee Walter W Berry from his late father's estate "to help temporarily embarrassed Melbourne Legatees" towards the end of The Great Depression. The aim of the fund was the give the President a way to help needy cases with discretion and without having to gain approval from committees. In many cases the money was repaid by the recipient. This letter dated 24 February 1933 is a formalisation of the arrangement. Documents in 01875 show meetings between President AN Kemlsey with Legatee Berry to make sure he was satisfied with the terms of the President's Fund. This document was in a folder labelled President's Fund Origin and Authorisation with many other documents that included correspondence, receipts of donations and material about when money was given to help appropriate cases.
