From Record (Emerald Hill, Vic. : 1881 - 1954), Saturday 12 April 1930, page 3 "On Wednesday, at the 24th meeting of the Victorian Mission to Seamen. Archbishop Head welcomed a new chaplain, the Rev. F. L. Oliver, formerly of Newcastle. Mrs. Oliver was also welcomed. The old executive was re-elected except Messrs. Durham and Holmes, who declined the honor. Lady Fraser was elected president of the Harbour Lights Guild. The Rev. \V. M.
