In London submitted a Statutory Declaration to correct his name to William Terence O'Connor. Dated 9.9.1919. Made a claim 13.12.1938 for a lost discharge certificate (Lost in a shipwreck July 1921 Beachport South Australia). Died 9.6.1963.
