Mrs Steele is probably Mrs C H D (Sarah Margaret) Steele, President of the Surrey Hills Patriotic Society; she lived at 'Dalriada', 77 Union Road. Keissling is probably a mis-spelling of Kiessling - the family lived in Essex Road and son Ferdinand Gustav served in WW1.Cream-coloured bi-fold paper program with a small area of loss down one side. This does not diminish the information. Three lines have been crossed out.
