The magazine has many advertisements for suppliers to the Board and others, including AEC buses and Ansair. Features the Official Opening of the Bourke St to Northcote tramway. Has a major article by D. H. Eakins, Chief Engineer - reviews those departments involved in the construction of new tramcars, Preston Workshops, tram track, Perway, distribution branch (electrical), building, and stores.
