No date but most recent dated page (two letters from Douglas R Aylen, Chief Executive Officer, City of Caulfield, to residents about Princes Park playground is dated 20/05/1991. Includes photocopies of official materials on the purchase of land for the Park beginning in 1920. About sixty pages in all of which several relate to Caulfield Football Club and its campaign for a new pavilion 1967-70.
