On the central portion of the badge, had the ATMOEA logo, with the words "Vic" with red enamel backing, and on the outer edge of the badge "Aust Tramway & Motor Omnibus Employees Association" with a royal blue background. On back of badge has clip for fitting through an opening on a jacket or coat lapel. On top of back of badge has number stamped in "1440" and bottom words "K. G. Luke / Melb." indicating manufacture. Photographs show the installation process and official unveiling of Cable Tram set No.1, the first cable tram set to operate in Melbourne from 1885. It marked the 90th anniversary since its appearance on the cable network. The original log was destroyed in the 2009 Black Saturday bushfires. For some strange reason, September has been a month when particularly memorable railway events tend to occur. Wooden Fishing Reels are the earliest reels ever made, with most wooden reels dating between 1800 and 1920. They were very simple reels and the design stayed basically the same for the entire period of manufacture.These reels represent a large part of common fishing history.
