Eltham Gateway, 860 Main Road, Eltham Situated on a large block of approximately 1,442 sq metres, it was last sold for $1.4 million 30 Oct. 2016. The premises had been left in an abandoned state for some time and on the evening of 6 July 2021 it was attended by the CFA and 8 emergency vehicles due to a fire. Breathing apparatus was required due to hazardous smoke conditions.
