Report - 104 pages, with orange card and plastic covers, bound with a black coloured comb binder titled "Single-ended tram operations - A Feasibility study". Looks at the background for the proposal, operational issues, including loading and unloading, a CBD loop, capital costs, traffic issues, implementation, vehicle design. Report notes it has many advantages and disadvantages, but the concept was supportive that single ended vehicles should be introduced. Report not dated as such, but discusses the ordering of new tramcars in 1977/78, dated c1977. See Also Reg Item 337. On front cover is a post-it notes commenting about report - see image.
