Manual - approx. 115 A4 pages with card board manilla covers white comb bound with a yellow plastic front cover. Titled "MetRail Passenger Fares and Conditions". At about the 1/.3 point has another card cover titled "Summary of "A" Circulars issued in reference to the Metropolitan Transit Authority tickets introduced after 13-11-83. Issued late 1983, prepared by Ian Yarde of the MetRail Projects Officer for use at Stations by Booking and Ticket Checking staff. Has a note on the second page about the introduction of the new fare system for Neighbourhood tickets, rail, tram and private buses - signed by L. A. Strouse Managing Director, dated 13/11/1983. Has an index to the type of tickets.
