There are 6 references to O'Shea in Margaret & Trevor Dunn's Directory of Residents in the former Shire of Bulla (1850s-1920s; three of these are for Cornelius O'Shea listed in the 1891 rate books as a state school teacher, in the 1919 voters' roll as teacher and in the 1929 voters' roll as of independent means.
