Photograph - black and white. Written on the back of the photo - Joseph Brady 1828 - 1908 Civil engineer who designed early Colilban system of waterworks. This photo was taken from a self portrait Frank Cusack of the Bendigo Advertiser had on loan from a Pru McKechnie of Huntly who was apparently a descendent of Joseph Brady. Frank Cusack had a 'diary' kept by Brady which had this painting in it plus numerous other paintings, etc. John Ashby R.W.C. (R.
