Tour undertaken by the TMSV to cellebrate No. 27 reaching 1,000,000 miles in Ballarat. Has a photo of the tram No. 27 at the depot (see item 3316 for a black and white print) and a photo of some of the travellers from the TMSV inside the tram (see item 3317) for details of the people.
