One of a collection of 56 knitting pattern books donated by Mrs Hilma Carruthers. These books had been used by Mrs Carruthers, her mother and her two daughters. This book is volume 16 of a series titled 'Style' produced by Patons and Baldwins. This issue is an unusually luxurious one when compared to most of Patons' knitting books, as it was produced at the time of the Royal Visit in 1954.
