To co-ordinate allocation of client numbers, number ranges were divided amongest regions by Head Office. Information contained in the register is restricted to the following headings used: date, file number, client name, client address, region, issued to/by, comments. This register provides a listing of client numbers 1500-1999 and 7301-7499 that were assigned to Region 3.
