This vintage food press may have been used for pressed tongue and other foods. A small vintage round clip on lidded aluminium food press possibly used for pressed tongue. The clip has the manufacturer's name on it with the Patent No. The clip on the lid has a strong thick steel bar threaded through it which is screwed tight to press the food within.
