The bust of Gough Whitlam had gone missing from the Prime Ministers' Avenue, in the Ballarat Botanic Gardens.The Prime Ministers' Avenue in the Ballarat Botanical Gardens is unique and the Ballarat community are proud to have this commemoration of Australian Prime Ministers.
