Following the Royal visit the name ''Queen Elizabeth Oval'' was given to the Upper Reserve. Through the years the area which was once the Government Camp has undergone many changes, a few buildings, relics from the early days, still remain. Clothing. One pair of shoes. Ivory coloured cotton canvas. Size 3, marked on sole of right shoe. Instep straps fastened by buttonhole to shanked round metal buttons. Low wooden heels. Decorative ''button'' stitched centre front of shoe.Wedding dress and shoes were worn by Mary Smith for the marriage to John Keane 6th August 1902, at the Roman Catholic Church, Wycheproof. Mary Smith was the daughter of Felix Smith. He built the Wycheproof Court House, Post Office and Royal Mail Hotel. Mary and John Keane lived in a mud brick house after their marriage. Black and white photograph of the Hibernia Hotel located at the corner of Bridge and Cemetery Streets Bendigo. Opposite Mulqueen funeral parlour. Currently owned and occupied by the Chinese Association of Bendigo. Top floor has five multi paned glass windows, the lower half of the window on the extreme right is broken. Above the door are the words 'Licensed to Sell Fermented & Spirituous Liquors'. Also the name P. M. McGrath. Windows each side of the door are 3 pane of which the lower half is decorated with the word BAR. To the right and part of the building is the name P. M. McGrath's Court. A lady and child are standing to the right in front of a door. The lady is dressed in black and the girl is dressed in what might be described as a colourful outfit.Four men are standing under a 'gas light' opposite the bar door.
