A letter written from Charles Quinn to his mother in 1945 containing details about how homesick Allan Quinn is and how much he longs to see his mother in Brisbane. This letter is of historical, social and interpretive significance as it provides information about the life of a seaman during the mid 20th century.Single page, double sided letter (0302.A1) written on beige paper and envelope (0302.B).Inscription on top right hand corner of letter: "M.I.
