Thirty six page (A4) plus 10 folded A3 pages report with clear plastic cover, card rear cover and bound using a white comb binder, featuring a black and white photograph of BTM No. 33 on front cover. Report titled "City of Ballarat - Feasibility Study for Reinstatement of the Ballarat Trams - Final Report - July 1998". Report looks at background, geometric criteria, depot location, alignment proposals, the BTM, existing tramcars, availability and sources of materials, tramcar requirements, operational equipment and has an Appendix. Prepared as revision F, Final report 31/7/1998 by Richard Darby of Maunsell Proprietary Limited in association with Allom Lovell and Associates Pty Ltd. School children are boarding No. 41, which is inbound with the destination of Lydiard St. North. No. 42 is southbound, or outbound with a destination of Sebastopol. Richard Gilbert photo. Richards notes that came with the photograph "Near the end of school term, students use the trams for the last few days of the closing school term. Set of two colour prints of the presentation of the BTPS Raffle prize held during 1981 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the closure of the Ballarat Tramway System. 3095.2 was used as a black and white print on the rear cover of the 1981 - 1982 Annual Report. The caption read: "The Raffle: Secretary, Richard Gilbert, (RIGHT) receives the winning ticket from Mr. Ian Gilbert of Malvern Tram Depot and congratulates him on winning our fund raising raffle.
