Part of the item in the first column is missing. Second cutting dated 3/5/1971 with headline about the possible revival of horse drawn trams in Ballarat. Item also looks at Council's Tourism Committee considerations for retaining trams in Ballarat, relaying lines, reconditioning overhead, looks at costs of running horse drawn trams versus electric trams.
