Wooden table - 4 long planks with dark stain. Splitting has occurred , secured with nails. Remnants of glue and varnish. Turned legs. One prop board underneath table top. Has a metal brace. -

Wooden table - 2 panels comprise top which has 4 holes punctured through boards. Majority of top has green lino which is peeling off. Dark stain - legs with one indented cut and legs graduate down from 6 to 4.5 cm width. Pine top - local timber base (blackwood). Repurposed and sturdy. -

Sliding drawer at end covered in fabric/paper. backed paper with blue square patterned. Dark stain to support and legs. Tin home-made handle.Drawer has 'Kensington Meat Preserving Works, Melbourne, Australia' on sides. Underneath - '4 dozen sheep tongue' -

Glass lamp base - seven sided narrowing before kerosene covered bowl section covered with brass burner possibly ' Aladdin' with used wick. Middle rim patterned - molded glass. Chimney - clear glass undamaged. Made around 1920's - 1950's. -

Historical - well used - heavy metal. Inside strongly reinforced - lockable - fluted front handle. One smaller top section. Large bottom section .Ornamented front in central area. BRANX- comb springs in the locks. WAs commonly used as a bank safe & the railways used them in 1880's (from Chris Daniels) Originally green, handle is brass which would clean up. -
