A colour photo shows the verandah being constructed at the Original St Martins Church & Hall, Belgrave Heights, in 1995 after their relocation from Belgrave South School. The photo shows the ironbark decking and the base boards in place, plus the partially completed balustrade, all of these components in their raw state.
