Previously it was Dave Lyon’s original home and immediately to the right (carpark) was the location of his original motor garage – a tin shed witrh petrol bowsers out front. When Dave Lyon built a new garage opposite Arthuir Street, Charmac Industries then operated out of the tin shed.
