RAAF Radar Fiftieth Anniversary - Bendigo. Detailed Programme of Events.. The events started on Saturday 21st of March 1992 and continued for five days until Wednesday 25th. Typed letter to R. J. Bartle, Esq., from D. O'Connor, Engineer and ?, Chief Engineer, of the National Roads and Motorists Association (N.S.W.) dated November 8, 1936. Letter mentions four tests done in a car over a stretch of ground to measure fuel consumption. Tests were done with and without the device installed in the fuel system.
