Form used to record a summary of the working hours of crews, showing the total hours and the hours worked when one man operation. Gives a list of names at the time when the form prepared. Also used by Ray Hall as a sheet of paper to write out the details of No. 9 run for Sundays as a reference document.Duplicated typed form, foolscap sheet, titled "Summary of daily time sheets - Traffic Department", giving name, total time, one man rate time, and spread of hours. Has a list of employee names in two columns. 3462.1 - Dated 9-5-1971 - has written out on rear of sheet, details of Sunday No. 5 run and details of shift for following week. 3462.2 - Dated 26/6/1971 - Sunday - On rear of sheets, Ray Hall - has used the sheet to write out Saturday 15 run details. His Excellency Colonel The Right Honorable The Earl of Stradbroke K.C.M.G., C.B., G.V.O., C.B.E. as Grand Master of The United Grand Lodge of Ancient, Free and Accepted Masons of Victoria. Town Hall, Melbourne. 26th March, 1924. Title printed in dark blue with fancy gold border. Above the titled is a blue, white red and yellow emblem, divided into four, with five white stars between. In the top left is three lions, top right is the Southern Cross, below it is a rearing lion and the bottom left is a harp. Above the emblem is a symbol. Items found by Barry Maggs in the Whipstick National Park with a metal detector. A purple plastic display box with a clear plastic lid. it has ten compartments containing items made from metal, wood and ceramics. a: Five pieces of pipes made from clay wood and metal decoration. b: Clay pipe with a metal decoration. c: Four pieces of metal jewelry one to two centimeters in diameter Including a ring, a flower brooch, a pendant and a button. d: Metal button two in diameter with an inscription Warranted Superior and a coat of arms. e: Two metal badges both have ship's anchors on them, one is three centimeters round the other is five centimeters by four centimeters. g: small piece of jewelry made of metal and glass five centimeters long and two centimeters wide. h: Four pieces of hollow metal five to eight centimeters long and one centimeter diameter. i: A piece of hollow metal tube five centimeters long and one centimeter in diameter. It had a small piece of wood and some pieces of paper with printed text inside. j: a metal nail seven centimeters long and one centimeter diameter head. k: pottery, part of a gold crucible three centimeters high and three centimeters in diameter. barry maggs, whipstick national park, metal detection -
