Document or administrative record set outs a Modified Agreement between the "The City Council of Bendigo, the Borough Council of Eaglehawk, and the Shire of Council of Marong and the Bendigo Tramway Company", dated 3/9/1891. Notes at the time the Sandhurst and Eaglehawk Electric Tramway Co. Ltd (the battery tram operator) was being liquidated.
