At the front there are two Prefaces, Acknowledgements and Contents pages. At the back of the book there is the Australasian and New Zealand Supplement an Index of First Lines alphabetically arranged, an Index to the First Line of Every Verse, Except the First, in Each Hymn and an Index of Authors. Speakers were the President of the Conference and Rev J W Grove, Rev T C Rentoul, Mr J W Kitto and Rev R Williams.
