Newspaper clipping from The Argus, 22/2/1956, titled "Geelong Leads - its the first city of buses", with a photo of Geelong 17 and lady passengers boarding a Benders bus. Quotes Mr. Norm Bender (Benders Busways) and Cr. H. R. Fidge, Mayor of Geelong about the bus services to be offered, frequency and bus stops. Ticket sellers as bus stops. Also has a item on a Geelong floral roundabout, which shows the tram line running through it.
