Stories of the life of Charles James Brown, former resident of Ringwood and Gippsland region of Victoria, compiled by Joan Newman in 2011 from recollections of friends and acquaintances. Copy of Death Certificate (page 8) records Charles James Brown died in Bairnsdale, Victoria, on 27th February 1952, aged 83 years.
