Letter - four duplicated foolscap sheets, dated 1/2/1962 to the Town Clerks of the City of Ballarat and the Borough of Sebastopol advised that the SECV is planning to close the Ballarat system. Details the losses, fares not covering costs, TRB for alternative bus services, the future of the tramway employees.
