It includes a photograph of former executive officer of the Bendigo Base Hospital Mr. Norm Phillips in the foyer of the Northern District School of Nursing. The plaque was to honor the school's foundation Dean, Nancy Winifred Long MBE. Mr. Phillips was the original acting secretary and knew Miss Long for 36 years.
