Edward Claude Binns (1900-1979) was born in Swan Hill to Edward and Helen (nee Dietz) Binns. He was a salesman and lived at 17 Sternberg Street with his wife Eva Mabel (nee Court) who he married in 1926. They had previously lived at 53 Williamson Street, Bendigo.Black and white photograph mounted on rectangular brown board. House, tiled hipped roof. With large portico and brick and concrete pillared verandah. Double front door two double hung windows. Weatherboard and rough cast. Woven wire fence. On back of photo:' T.C.
