This veterinary equipment was found in a walk-through dairy at Wombat Track, Orbost. They were identified by vet, Peter Honey, (9.1.2015) as medical instruments improvised for veterinary use pre 1960's.These items are representative of items used in Orbost on dairy farms in the first half of 20th century.Three glass syringes of different sizes. All have stainless steel collars. No needles are attached. 2399.1 is the largest and is calibrated 2-20ml with EVERETT on the side. 2399.2 is calibrated 1-10cc. 2399. is calibrated 1-2cc , also 10-40ml 2399.1 : EVERETT, British made 200 C 2399.3: BRITISH MADEsyringes-everett veterinary-equipment dairy farming

Black and white photograph (2 copies- 1 large, 1 small)Typed on backing sheet: "Kerbside pumps at station entrance". Written on back of large photograph: "Bike repair shop and petrol. Sold to CBC for their Ringwood Bank, westside of entrance to railway station". Written on back of small copy: "On right hand corner of entrance to Ringwood Railway Station. Kerbside pumps, also did big business in bikes and repairs. c1940's."

Significant in being a roster rotation sheet that was reissued following corrections to the previous one. Shows how the crews were organised in relation to their work and total times worked. 2nd copy of original added.Single sheet of off white duplicating paper titled "Rotation Roster S.134 14/9/70". Printed by wax cut stencil or Gestetner method. Details the run number that an employee would do for a particular week and day of the week and the total hours mins worked that week. Was part of D. J.
